Reason: After evaluating this and looking at various perspectives, we'll be choosing to abstain on the proposal in its current form - we think although directionally it is valuable for Uniswap to have some analytics tool, we'd prefer if the accountability committee first commissions reports highlighting the need for such a tool in the first place and what role a proposed tool might actually contribute to the specifics of an incentive program/inform the incentive process, followed by a competitive submission process, rather than a direct solicitation for funding.
